"Really happy with this necklace"
I bought a necklace from myjewellerystory.com a few weeks ago, it feels really solid. The chain has a nice bit of weight to it and the stones look clean, not cheap or dull. I’ve been wearing it often and it still looks new, so I’m really happy with the quality overall.

"Easy to personalise and really lovely"
I really liked how simple it was to pick the personalisation bits. The name, the little details. Nothing felt confusing or overcomplicated. I could see pretty much what I was getting as I went along, which helped a lot. When it arrived, it just felt more special than a normal piece of jewellery. More personal, I guess. Really happy with it. Would definitely order again, especially as a gift.

I had a look through the site and there are definitely some nice jewellery pieces on there, but the range felt a bit samey in certain styles. The wording on the site is all very polished, which always makes me a little sceptical, so I mostly just went by what I could actually see in the photos. I did find a few things I liked, just not a huge amount if you're after something a bit different. It’s okay overall, but more variety would make it much better.

"Held up way better than I expected"
I bought a bracelet from myjewellerystory.com a few months back and I’ve worn it so much. I even forget to take it off most days. Compared to a few other bracelets I’ve had around the same price, this one hasn’t gone weird, flimsy, or scratched up nearly as much as I thought it would. The clasp still works perfectly too. Really happy with it.

The size was right, the spelling was correct, and the item looked just like what I chose online. I was a little nervous about the personalised details, but they got them all right. it was just a simple, smooth order with no issues...

I was really excited when this jewellery arrived because I’d been picturing wearing it for a special dinner coming up. It does look and it’s fairly close to the photos, so I can’t really complain on that side. The quality feels decent too, but I guess I was expecting it to feel a bit more special for the price. Delivery was smooth and on time, which I appreciated. I might buy from them again, but probably only if there’s a sale.

I ordered a small necklace from myjewellerystory.com.au, and from what I remember, the whole shipping process was easy. The tracking email came through quickly and the updates seemed to work properly. It arrived around the time they estimated, maybe a day later than I was hoping, but it wasn’t a big deal. The packaging was fine too. Based on this order, I’d be happy to use them again
